Yes, there is such a thing as reclaimed wood wallpaper.  But can it offer the same depth and visual appeal as the real thing?  Instead of messing with adhesive and brushes, one of our customers opted for wood and screws. They came into the warehouse to hand pick the pieces of old barn wood, installed with a creative eye, and ended up with a beautiful wall of art that is sure to be a talking point at many dinner parties.
